Offer Acceptance Guarantee

We are zealously upfront with our candidates so they have a full understanding of any opportunity we connect them with. We believe in conducting negotiations and setting clear expectations in advance so that nothing stands in the way once that perfect fit is determined.

Therefore, in order to be eligible for our "Offer Acceptance Guarantee" (which is a $3000 credit towards a full time hire or $3 p/h to a maximum of 1000 hours on a contract placement), a written offer must be extended to the candidate where the salary or hourly rate falls within the pre-agreed range.

The offer must be made within 5 days of the candidate's final interview for a permanent hire and within 3 days for a contractor. There is a limit of 1 credit per transaction and it must be used within 12 months to be valid.
