Why Choose IML?

Ian Martin pioneered the engineering recruitment industry in Canada over a half century ago. Entrepreneurial flair, endless flexibility, and the ability to build authentic relationships shaped our early days. We continue to build on these strengths in this new era of human connectedness. Thankful that our small role in ‘engineering’ a better world continues to grow, we enter the next decade mindful that many people are not so fortunate. At Ian Martin, we are dedicating new energy toward innovating sustainable business practices and creating partnerships to help connect people in our communities with meaningful work.
