Job Purpose:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support in the management of research licenses for the Magnetic Resonance (MR) business.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaborates closely with Research Managers and all research partners, internal and external to the client.
  • Drafts and executes MR licenses.
  • Ensures archival of executed licenses in appropriate databases.
  • Creates and distributes research keys for MR systems.
  • Creates and maintains records in multiple databases.
  • Maintains tracking tools and metrics.
  • Provides administrative support to the Clinical Affairs team as required.
  • Some travel may be required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Associates degree (or internationally recognized equivalent.)
  • Minimum of one year’s administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows applications.

  • Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with electronic file management and document control.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience following standard operating procedures/work instructions.
