We are looking for NOC/Helpdesk Analysts to join our clients team for a one year contract (possible extension)
They will provide Avaya Aura Communication Manager software translations additions and changes as directed using Avaya Site Administrator
Due to current circumstances, this opportunity will require the contractor to work remotely from home during the coming weeks. The situation may be modified as required.
- Support the help desk as required
- Handle phone service calls from clients requiring assistance
- Provide remote technical support to all clients at various different support levels
- Perform tasks such as password resets, give verbal instructions to users on phone access, choices of username and passwords criteria per the customer’s policy, changes to station programming, as well as non-complex Move/Add/Change (MAC) work.
- 2+ years’ relevant experience
- Experience with Avaya Systems (i.e Communication Manager – strong asset)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with both IT and business personnel.
