Job Title: Content Project Advisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Works with the Functional Area (FA) teams to support the project management activities, including logging escalated issues
- Supports the Integration Lead and Engineering Lead on high impact projects
- Member of the IIP (Integrate, Implement, Publish) workstream management team (Track Leads, IIP Project Advisors, IIP OCM Support, Training Lead)
- Facilitates Monthly FA Track meetings with Directors, focused on escalated issues and high level update
- Closes out the IIP project once content has been published
- Plans, monitors and controls working sessions with the FA teams
- Attends change review meetings, representing the status of work and providing FA team input to adjustments in Project Plan, including the updates to the CMP Master Tracker
- Reports status, decisions, impacts, dependencies etc. to the Program Manager from the CMP IIP Prioritization working group
- Monitors dependencies and reports baseline variances.
- Manages major changes to their respective FA team, ensure alignment to overall IIP plan
- Delivers CMP internal training (e.g. training on CMP tracker, program processes etc.)
- Ensures alignment and continuous improvement of workflows and processes across the FA teams (through quarterly release plan)
- Ensures compliance of FA teams with CMP processes and recommend corrective action, as appropriate
- Cascades CMP information, as required
- Reports back to the Program Manager and adheres to format, reporting cadence and KPIs expected of the program (i.e. status, progress, financial synergies)
MUST HAVE qualifications:
- Project management expertise, 10 years
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- Experience in project management of multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of best practices from PM area of expertise
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and in particular MS Project
- Strong relationship management and skills in the areas of collaboration, delegation and listening
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to influence and engage others

- Knowledge of Agile fundamentals

NICE TO HAVE qualifications:
- Content Management Experience
- Experienced with information type architecture (DITA) framework
Working Conditions:
- Some travel, within Ontario (Chatham)
