We’re hiring Customer Service Reps that will support people who are at risk for COVID-19 and want to get tested.
Currently, we have several drive-thru test sites at schools across Salinas, CA . As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for people coming in to get tested: taking down their information, scheduling appointments, and sharing information on how testing works and what they can expect.
It also makes you a critical point of contact for people who are feeling nervous or anxious about getting tested or finding out their results.
Your sympathy and professionalism can help make a stressful experience easier; if you’re the sort of person who’s good with people and loves making them feel better, this is the job for you.
We have multiple FT positions available; hours will be from 7-5, Monday to Friday, with pay rates ranging between $15 – $17 per hour. Positions will be contract based and are expected to last through December with potential for extension.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role
- Strong tech skills and ability to operate standard computer tech/programs (databases, data entry, tablets, touch screens, etc.)
- Ability to maintain confidential patient information
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Any education/certification in healthcare is an asset
