On behalf of one of North America’s largest natural gas and crude oil pipelines, along with nuclear power facilities distributors, we are looking for a Project Coordinator (Junior) in Houston, TX.


  • Development and Management of Asset Integration Plan
  • Setting project integration schedule, process, boundaries, budget & team structure
  • Identifying/engaging all project integration stakeholders, i.e. Project team, Technical Centre, Liquids Pipelines and Commercial Operations, Legal.
  • Ensuring stakeholders develop/understand integration requirements (i.e. checklists & certificates)
  • Integration oversight of all deliverables, including the identification and creation of checklists i.e. operations resource sequencing, preservation requirements, work Management requirements (SAP Hierarchy and Load sheets), spare parts.
  • Managing stakeholders to ensure progress targets are met and concerns are captured
  • Managing integration budget
  • Reporting to management on progress & concern areas
  • Reconcile Project Punchlist, Before Mechanical Completion (A), Before Line Fill (B), Before Commercial in-service (C) and items to be completed during operation (D) Manages completion and turnover of all Project Turnover Memorandum (PTM) items
  • PTM includes key project deliverables which are turned over to Operations.
  • Turnover typically occurs throughout the implementation phase (progressive turnover) but is required to be completed for project closeout.
  • Items such as engineering drawings, equipment datasheets, certificates, manuals & specifications, project reports, construction records, FAT records, work packages, permits, variances, commissioning records, punch lists, etc.
  • Appropriate sign-offs will be incorporated for all PTM Deliverables, including final design reviews (new PS design)
  • Role ranges from junior to continuation of training.
  • Makes recommendations to routine problems within established guidelines.
  • Tasks are assigned in detail and work is monitored by a more senior individual to ensure the soundness of work.
  • Technical Diploma or Certificate
  • University Degree in relevant discipline
  • Experience 0-4 years
