The Ian Martin Group is seeking a level 1 Administrative Assistant for a short term contract assignment in Golden Colorado.

Routine administrative duties are considered: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, order and maintain supplies, provide backup coverage to other administrative desks. Process customer invoices. Assist with Accounts Payable functions.
Your experience will include: Basic to intermediate computer skills including: word processing and spreadsheet software, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to move quickly between tasks.
This role will serve mid-level managers and performs in a medium-complex environment.
