Work shift (days/times) – M- F (8-5 local time)

Title – Ultrasound Technical Assistant

  • The Ultrasound Technical Assistant handles minor technical and administrative requests from customers following a troubleshooting guide and SOP to either answer a customer’s question, arrange for a depot repair, or refer to additional technical support if necessary.
  • Update and code assigned service requests in compliance with GEs quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Walk customer through steps in troubleshooting guide.
  • Based on the results of the troubleshooting either close the call as resolved, send to the repair depot or bring in additional technical resources.
  • Answer any customer questions about the status of their repair.
  • Communicate with the depot to ensure that loaners are available for the customer.
  • Perform other administrative tasks such as closing false alarms, Fan Faults in the GE CRM system
  • Escalate issues as necessary to leadership to ensure a World Class Customer Experience

Required Qualifications:

1.Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a

solution based service process.

2.Ability to stay calm in pressurized situations and coach people through solving problems.

3.Exceptional teamwork, verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service Representative (1-2 weeks – $29.90/hour)

As a Customer Service Representative for our Public Sector Client, you will have dynamic work each day, and be the first point of contact for all of their customers. There are many qualities that will help you to succeed in this role: attention to detail, confidence, strong communication, and most importantly, adaptability. 

You’re organized and detailed, capable of handling a wide variety of tasks accurately. You are also calm & patient – able to inspire confidence in customers and deal with complex situations in a competent manner. 

In addition, you’re a people person, a good listener, and a friendly and supportive coworker. If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in with their team. 

Other specific duties will include: 

  • Provide quality customer services in a call center environment by providing timely and accurate information related to programs, products and services
  • Provide interpretation of guidelines, directives and procedures
  • Offer guidance and support to customers in completing documents and forms
  • Offer support to customers experiencing problems accessing or obtaining specialized information, and refer to the appropriate program area or organization for resolution

  • Fluency in French is considered an asset.
