Job Purpose:

The purpose of the Change Manager role is to ensure the successful adoption and usage of the GRC Archer system across all user teams, business managers and senior executives including:

  • Changes to business processes
  • Adoption of ways of working with the system and
  • Adoption of best practice in GRC

The change manager will:

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to maximize adoption of the changes required by the Enterprise GRC Archer program; maximize usage and minimize resistance to change.
  • Support communication efforts
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Assess the change impact
  • Conduct change management assessments and impact analyses; assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders within and beyond the program. Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Support training efforts
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  •  
  • Coach senior leaders and executives as necessary to ensure higher utilization and proficiency with changes that impact business users and risk and assurance teams
  • Support the program team
  • Support the program director and IT project manager by attending team meetings, steering committee and project board meetings as well as any necessary stakeholder presentations and to integrate change management activities into the program plan.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists including the implementation partners and the US change manage
