We are looking for a Marketing intelligence specialist to support the team.

Duration: 1+ year (Contract)

Location: Verdun, Quebec H3E 3B3

 Job description:

  • In this role, the BRS Competitive Intelligence Specialist will be a subject matter expert on the competitive landscape and how residential services compare to the competition.
  • This individual will utilize their strategic marketing acumen to help identify opportunities for improvement within the BRS pricing environment, and risks the competition is presenting.
  • The successful candidate will need to work across several different cross functional teams (i.e. marketing, finance, sales, operations and product), as such, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence will be essential.

 

Job Duties/Accountabilities

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager of Competitive Insight within the Pricing Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring competitive pricing and actions and reporting these insights to stakeholders
  • Presentation of competitive intelligence reports at the senior leadership level
  • Problem identification, opportunity assessment, strategy development, and presentation delivery
  • Involvement in the pricing elements of key Residential Services initiatives — new product launches, line-up refreshes, etc.
  • Use of marketing theory, and other strategic analysis tools, to develop appropriate responses to competitive pricing activities
  • Relationship building with external departments, working collaboratively in a team environment with colleagues and senior leadership

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Extremely strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Organization and strong time management skills to handle multiple demands in a very fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and a has a winning mind-set
  • Ability to manage tolerance to ambiguity, flexibility, and deal effectively with adversity
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Results-driven attitude with the ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly

 

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Undergraduate Degree – Business/Commerce
  • Experience in or interest in the Marketing field
  • Bilingual (English and French)

Duration: 06+ months (Contract)

Location: Montreal, Quebec H4P 1V5

 

Job description:

  • Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality
  • Work with both internal and external teams to ensure the customer’s needs are met
  • Process customer requests through utilization of the CRM tool
  • Manage and update the inventory system
  • Complete service orders
  • Process invoices and complete billing

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • As required to meet customer’s needs, a background security check is required
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service
  • Bilingualism in French/English is a strong asset
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task at a high level
  • Able to solve problems analytically
  • Ability to adapt to change, in a competitive environment where priorities change frequently
  • Self-motivated, self-governing, and accountable

Job Description:

  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the strategy to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet our dynamic business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support/lead a national recruitment strategy focused on attraction of top talent through recruitment initiatives, events and sponsorship opportunities
  • Partner with business leaders and corporate teams to understand business requirements and strategy for future talent
  • Build relationships with colleges and universities to develop a strong intern and grad pipeline
  • Implement innovative process improvement opportunities
  • Update and/or launch recruitment presence on social media platforms
  • Support on-boarding program and milestones in the Leadership Program
  • Other tasks/projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Related degree required – HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with talent management
  • Excellent program management and analytical skills
  • A strong communicator with strong influencing skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels
  • Creative spirit, flexibility, teamwork, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience creating social media content
  • Fluency in French and English both oral and written
  • Programming experience is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office
