Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will possess knowledge of the physical and chemical behavior of a wide range of polymeric materials and processing techniques. This role will serve as an expert in polymer and materials sciences in a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to, performing and developing material characterization methods, determining structure-property relationships, The successful candidate is expected to have hands-on experience with a wide range of characterization tools and understand how the processing of materials can ultimately impact product performance. This position will work in a cross-functional environment and must be able to convey technical information to personnel from Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing organizations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provides materials characterization support by using techniques such as:
  • Mechanical (Instron, etc.), Chromatography, Microscopy, FTIR, DSC, TGA, Contact Angle
  • Develop characterization test methods for transfer to Quality Control Contribute to preparation of standard operating procedures for analytical assays and instrumentation operation. Support root cause analysis of a wide variety of material and product failures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Material Science or related field.
  • 2+ years’ work experience in an analytical laboratory or R&D environment.
  • A strong theoretical and practical knowledge of polymer characterization and processing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience performing routine sample analysis, method qualification, and validation. Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Lab Technician

We are looking for a Lab technician on behalf of one of the largest Healthcare company in Marlborough, MA.  The Lab Technician must be able to work with a team of technical resources to carry out test requests in the area of electrical and high-power components and the candidate will be performing specific tests that requires the interpretation and understanding of the different standards.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

  • Perform all technical functions relevant to the preparation and testing as specified by global test requests

Enterprise Project Documentation Controller

We are looking for a Project Document Controller on behalf of one of the largest Healthcare company in Marlborough, MA.

Enterprise Project Document Controller shall provide proficient and effective support to the project teams to ensure all project documentation goals are met. Primarily, the job holder shall manage a portfolio of projects, Document Management Systems and related documentation processes in accordance with internal QMS procedures, specified good documentation practices and specific customer requirements. Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of project documentation including but not limited to project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management and related functions.
  • Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous global projects, utilizing various control methods/systems.
  • Prepare, operate, maintain and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company’s Document Management Systems.
  • Prepares and implements document controls processes to ensure procedures, correspondence, instructions and another project documentation are properly approved, issued, distributed and maintained.
  • Ensure proper document control support is given to each project within the global portfolio.

  • Acting as the focal point for all Document Control matters relating to the customer. He or she shall ensure that all Project Document specialists are performing tasks according to this procedure and any relevant Customer Procedure.
  • Perform document control quality check before submission of documents to client.
  • Ensure Compliance with all DC Procedures, internal and external.
  • Coordinate all documents received from Customer and sites involved in the Project.
  • Chairing meetings with Project Leaders/Team to review status of the documentation on a weekly or other agreed periodic basis

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Applicable Document Control experience of 5+ within Project Engineering, Design, Commissioning & Qualification documentation, preferably related to the Life Sciences/Bio Medical industry.
  • Need to be skilled in use of IT tools for document control and distribution, document scheduling etc.
  • Work on a high accuracy level, able to manage heavy workloads and understand work methods and routines as outlined in DCC procedures and tools.

We are looking for a PCB Designer on behalf of one of the largest Healthcare company in Waukesha, WI. The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Designer consultant  will work closely with electrical and mechanical engineers to develop complex multi-layer PCB layouts for Magnetic Resonance (MR) system utilizing Cadence concept HDL, Allegro PCB Design.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Create multi-layer PCB layouts using cadence Allegro PCB Designer.
  • Work with Engineers to capture and produce a design that captures all product requirements for either new or existing products
  • Perform the implementation of high-speed digital, analog, mixed-signal, RF and high-power circuitry utilizing constraints and/or design experience.
  • Create Gerber data and package all files for fabrication.

  • Understand industry standards IPC, UL and IEC60601 for PCB fabrication and assembly. .
  • Verify that all drawings convey accurate information
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete such as engineering prints, bills of materials, and related product specifications to allow successful transfer to manufacturing

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Electronics, or a technical degree from a recognized CAD training facility, and a minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent (defined as a High School diploma/GED and a minimum of 6 years of related experience)
  • Minimum of 4 years of Computer Assisted design/drafting experience. Detailed knowledge and highly proficient with CAD, as well as being able to perform design analysis
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to interact with vendors and customers on engineering design issues
