  • Implement and rollout the new SharePoint Online & Office 365 suite.
  • 4-7 years’ technical experience working with SharePoint Online & Office 365 
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator/Developer.
  • solid understanding of SharePoint Online, Office 365, One Drive, SharePoint workflows, and Microsoft Teams is a must.
  • College degree computer science, IT, IM or other.
  • Industry certifications for Microsoft (MCSE, MCSA, MOS) is plus

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online, EOP (Exchange Online Protection) and ATP (Advanced Threat Protection) supporting Office 365
  • Must have in-depth knowledge and working experience of Office 365 roles and permissions
  • Must have knowledge of email archiving, data loss protection (DLP), eDiscovery, retention policies and tags
  • A solid understanding of SharePoint Online, SharePoint workflows, and Microsoft Teams is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to define and document Sharepoint Online architecture based on Council requirements
  • The ability to collaborate with business partners and the various IT functional areas to prioritize projects and develop / implement system plans that address the functional requirements of the business.
  • Provides guidance and expertise on the migration of various workloads to Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc using the ShareGate tool.)
  • Works with partners to trouble-shoot, diagnose and resolve Office 365 implementation issues.
  • Provides technical expertise in finding the root cause of problems and to create and implement defect corrections

Security Consultant

Our healthcare client is seeking a Security Consultant on a 3 month assignment to start, working out of their Mississauga, ON location.  This position offers a competitive hourly rate and strong possibility of extension past the initial term.


  • Security issue identification and mitigation: Must quickly obtain an understanding of the Client's business and proactively identify Security concerns/risks from a systems Application Development perspective, PII/PHI business processes perspective and with processes that deal with confidential information
  • New security technologies: Keep current on Security technologies and industry risks/threats, provide feedback and advice on risks and controls, as appropriate, recommending process improvements that reflect best practices
  • Incident management: Provide incident management services for any security related issues/breaches
  • Logging and monitoring: Daily review of Data Loss Prevention content and escalation to appropriate levels of Management
  • Security involvement in projects: Represent Security best practices in Agile development processes for the future delivery of systems solutions
  • Provide feedback and advice on risks and controls, as appropriate, recommending process improvements that reflect best practices
  • Ensure the establishment of effective internal controls over technology reporting within assigned groups by identifying, documenting, and assessing risks and their mitigating controls
  • Manage security exceptions/approvals as required


  • Experience developing, implementing and enforcing security controls
  • Exposure to and understanding of Privacy and Disaster Recovery/ Business Continuity and risk assessment
  • Ability to identify and apply new security and audit controls
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-direction, negotiation, conflict resolution, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong technical knowledge including MS Office & General computing technologies (web-based, windows, linux, for both server and desktop environments)
  • Ability to attain/provide evidence of Reliability clearance certification with PWGSC/PSPC an asset
