Technical Consultant Engineer

Avaya Aura Communication Manager (CM) experience who can:

  • Aura stack, basic station configuration/provisioning, VDN, vector configuration, loading license files, etc.

NOC Analyst

We are looking for NOC/Helpdesk Analysts to join our clients team for a one year contract (possible extension)

They will provide Avaya Aura Communication Manager software translations additions and changes as directed using Avaya Site Administrator

Duties Include:

  • Support the help desk as required
  • Handle phone service calls from clients requiring assistance
  • Provide remote technical support to all clients at various different support levels
  • Perform tasks such as password resets, give verbal instructions to users on phone access, choices of username and passwords criteria per the customer’s policy, changes to station programming, as well as non-complex Move/Add/Change (MAC) work.

 

Skills Required:

  • 2+ years’ relevant experience
