Our client located in Ancaster, Ontario is searching for an experienced Finance Manager with the following skills and qualifications:
- 7-8 years of experience in accounting and finance preferably with public accounting firm;
- Experience in implementing process improvements;
- ERP experience preferably working in an automotive or manufacturing environment;
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills and ability to work well with Plant Controllers (previous experience working with plant Finance preferred);
- Experience managing financial projects related to optimize reporting and accounting processes.
