We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the team.

Duration: 1.5 months contract to hire

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States

DESCRIPTION

The Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Administrator role reports into the Worldwide Marketing organization and is part of the Customer Experience Program. The EBC Administrator will be part of a team that directly interacts with Sales and Executives to plan and execute customer and partner briefings. Our goal is to enhance customer and partner relationships, accelerate business growth and provide knowledge of Extreme Networks products and services.

  • Ability to project management across various departments, including but not limited to sales, marketing, engineering, facilities, and the executive team.
  • Experience working with sales organizations and enjoys the dynamic nature of a sales organization.
  • Familiarity with Executive Briefing Programs and ABPM membership a plus.
  • Familiarity with local Cambridge area a plus.
  • Comfortable interacting C-Level executives.
  • Outstanding time management and scheduling skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Execute customer briefings successfully from beginning-to-end.
  • Strategize with the account team.
  • Plan all logistics including briefing room setup, promotional items, hotel room amenities and welcome items.
  • Manage briefing documents and post event evaluations.
  • Anticipate and meet customer needs.
  • Flawless planning and execution of customer and executive meetings hosted by the Executive Briefing Center.
  • Coordinate meeting presentations, presenters and agendas.
  • Manage all scheduling, pre-briefing, and staffing of the meeting prior to and on the day of the meeting.
  • Help drive global consistency and increased adoption of our EBC program.
  • Interact cross functionally with internal teams, vendors and business partners.
  • Continually look for opportunities to improve and streamline the EBC processes.
  • Manage complex project timelines under tight deadlines.
  • Establish and manage team responsibilities and priorities.
  • Respond to stakeholder and process questions utilizing research skills and contacts in other departments. Measure EBC program performance/satisfaction and report on results.
