Our Banking Client in Toronto, ON is looking to hire a Desktop Support Analyst for a 6+ months of contract role with high possibility of extension.
As a Desktop Support Analyst is responsible in supporting the daily operational tasks within this team and working with every department and/or line of business throughout the enterprise in the downtown Toronto area.
•Contacting end-users, scheduling tech assessments and refresh deployments
•Daily updates in ServiceNow
•Asset Management updates
•Opening and closing tickets
•Imaging new hardware, wiping old hardware for disposal
•Preparing hardware orders, gathering accessories, etc.
•2+ years of experience in deskside and/or technical support
•Experienced with imaging new computers
•Strong familiarity with Windows 7 & 10
Nice to Have:
•Previous banking experience is preferred
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Problem-solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
