10+ years of related Project Management and/or Project Controls experience
Demonstrated experience working on complex projects, preferably in energy utility or construction
Significant risk management and mitigation experience
Experience with contracts and procurement management for projects
Ability to facilitate a mixed group of stakeholders to identify process requirements and drive to a consensus on process standards
Technical writing expertise for the development of a process, work instructions, job aids, and other related documentation
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer for one of our largest electrical and natural gas utility companies in Michigan. Working with a variety of internal teams, they will be responsible for design and project engineering for site electrical power, lighting, pressure and temperature instruments, HVAC, electrical valve actuators and SCADA equipment.
Electrical System Design/Installation for Hazardous Locations/Oil and Gas Facilities in compliance with the National Electrical Code/NFPA 70
Design/interpretation of AC and DC electrical Schematics
Field technical support during construction.
Specification drafting and review
Coordination and communication with multiple internal and external groups and / or service providers is a must.
Preparation of bid packages/request for proposal (RFP) documentation and evaluation of construction contractor proposals.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or associate degree OR Alternative degrees (e.g. Mechanical, Chemical, etc.) will be considered with relevant experience.
3+ plus years of relevant experience

Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills

One of our utilities clients has an immediate need for a Server Analyst to design, implement, and administer on premise server infrastructure and Microsoft Cloud services using industry and security best practices. This role will be based out of Regina Saskatchewan.
What you will be doing…
Leading with the design, implementation, documentation, and troubleshooting of the enterprise server environment.
Helps prepare plans for development and installation of server and storage according to present and future requirements.
Provide expert technical support, design, and implementation on Microsoft Server and VMware vSphere environments.
Leads the monitoring, performance tunes, troubleshooting and resolution of system problems to ensure system availability.
Provides expert technical support with the VMware environment including but not limited to VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon.
Manage and maintain server disaster recovery including planning, implementation, maintenance and testing.
Leads and manages the configuration, administration, upgrade, and maintenance of corporate and DR servers and related infrastructure as well as the Storage Environment.
Interacts with our user base (corporate and field employees) on an as needed basis regarding technology issues and escalations.
Works with server patch management processes and procedures to facilitate deployment.
Maintains systems integrity through change control and problem management procedures and communication with internal customers.
Accomplishes department objectives by leading staff; organizing and monitoring work process.
Follows Standard Operating Procedures when carrying out position responsibilities.
Attends and participates in team meetings.
Works with the Enterprise and Solution Architecture team and other business leads to establish scalable server and storage solutions.
