Responsibilities:

  • Provide top quality technical support, troubleshooting of IT networks and communications systems, including associated applications
  • Work remotely with end-users and technicians, diagnose and recommend solutions leading to resolution of issues in VoIP environments
  • Collect system and event log information
  • Document in detail all site information, troubleshooting steps, and time reporting in Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain lab equipment

Education and Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in a technical field

Our client is a leading global provider of information and communications technology infrastructure and smart devices is searching for a CPU Architect (Mobile Platforms) to architect high-performance, lower power CPU for mobile platforms like smart phones and tablets including:

Strategic Sourcing

  • Create systems and tools that support complex software systems;

Software Developer – Middleware and Embedded Systems

The Ian Martin Group is seeking an Embedded Software Developer who will be responsible for system test development and validation of a spatial computing system, for a long-term contract assignment.

  • Define, develop, and execute white box tests at the API level;
  • Analyze various components, collaborate with various teams, investigate, troubleshoot, and verify defects;
  • Offer technical solution recommendations.

Applicants with 7+ years of software development for embedded products, Linux OS / Kernel / device drivers, Android Application Lifecycle, hands-on manual and/or automated testing of embedded devices, C++/C/C#, scripting knowledge (Python / Shell), and a BSc in Computer Science or relevant field will be contacted by our team for a deeper level discussion about this role.
