Our Federal client is looking for an Intermediate Project Administrator to provide project administrative support to the AIT Project.

The Resource will support DMSPR in the administration of the AIT project and related initiatives. The Intermediate Project Administrator must:

  • Coordinate meetings, working groups, and teleconferences using Microsoft (MS) Outlook;
  • Draft meeting minutes, record of decisions, action item lists and presentations;
  • Develop and maintain project information management/filing system employing MS SharePoint information central repository, and the Records, Documents and Information Management System (RDIMS);
  • Setup and maintain project management tools;
  • Perform data entry and analysis;
  • Prepare project communications;

In addition to the requirements stated here, the successful candidates will clearly demonstrate the following mandatory technical criteria:

  • Meets the minimum mandatory requirements (relevant education, relevant professional certifications and/or relevant work experience) for resource category 3.1 Project Administrator, Intermediate, as described in the TSPS Flexible Grid. (Attached in the statement of work)
  • The Bidder must clearly certify that the proposed resource can type a minimum of 60 words per minute.
  • The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience developing, maintaining and managing a SharePoint site using Microsoft SharePoint 2010 or newer.
  • The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience managing a corporate document repository such as Record, Documents Information Management System (RDIMS) or other related systems.
  • The Bidder should clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience in coordinating meetings, working groups and teleconferences using Microsoft Outlook.
  • The Bidder should clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience in drafting meeting minutes, record of decisions, action items and presentations.
  • The Bidder should clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience in preparing project communications.
  • Must hold Security clearance level: Enhanced Reliability
  • Must be available to work in the National Capital Region
