Job Purpose:

Execute protocols, SOPs and work instructions for the culture, expansion and harvest of relevant cells. Execution of practical experimental work and compliant recording/documenting of experimental methods, results, data analysis, conclusion and recommendations – Participation in global, cross functional project teams and execution of project activities to meet project milestones and timelines – Develop and execute functional assays and QC methods for monitoring and characterizing cells – Order and manage lab supplies as needed – Follow lab EHS procedures to maintain lab compliance

Skills required:

  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree in cell biology, biology, bio-processing, biotechnology, immunology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ relevant hands-on, lab work experience in cell biology, cell therapy / regenerative medicine, biotechnology, immunotherapy area
  • Experience in sterile cell culture, analysis/characterization, process development. optimization techniques and handling clinical / blood samples in the isolation, preparation and culture of primary cells
  • Proven experience in media/sample prep, running QA/QC assays, sample analysis, creating reports, data analysis and interpretation.
