Job Description: 


  • Excellent communication skills – inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional manner, writing and replying effective emails. 
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Outlook Mail, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. 
  • Support of Special Purpose imaged pc’s, connecting PC’s to special manufacturing equipment, working with external vendors to get additional support. 
  • Critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability 5.
  • Time management skills
  • Working as part of a team of people, have experience in a business environment as a Team player
  • Basic level understanding of Smartphone functionality, setup of email on a phone, initial Phone activation experience. 
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Handle multiple orders, with interruptions and escalations during the business day, organized to track each order in an organized way to minimize mistakes. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Provide basic end user support for Special Purpose PC’s, common configuration topics for standard PC’s and smartphones, printing, etc. 
  • Using the company system (gAHD) request and incident tickets.  Level 2 technician who would receive tickets in the gAHD system from the Level 1 Service Desk. 
  • Assist Internal Business Partners in placing orders for hardware and software using the standard company tools.

TAR Materials Support

Position: TAR Materials Support

Duration: Until May 2019 (possible extension)

Job Description:

The TAR Materials support is a member of the TAR Logistics Team, supporting the materials management activities required to successfully complete the TAR. 

Pre-SD activities: 

  • Ensure that all pre-kitted materials go through the QC process, to verify the accuracy of the material kits. 
  • Help with the timely set-up of the TAR integrated shutdown infrastructure, especially the materials trailers (kitted, consignment) 
  • Assist the TAR Logistics Coordinator to provide training to the whole TAR Team including contractors about the Materials plan. 

SD activities: 

  • Ensure the Materials and Warehouse plan is working properly, monitoring the performance of the Materials management organization. 
  • Audit Material management compliance and provide daily status on Materials management performance 
  • First point of contact for the Materials management contractor to order any extra materials, with the Support team (Procurement Admin) 
  • Address promptly all safety/housekeeping identified deficiencies 
  • Document daily findings and events (notes/photographs) 

Post-SD activities: 

  • Assist the TAR Logistics Coordinator to reconcile all materials and properly address the excess materials (return to stores or provider, removed/sold as scrap) 
  • Support the Cost Controller by ensuring that all invoices are processed, and the final material cost is captured according the rules. 
  • Assist the TAR Logistics Coordinator to ensure that all temporary infrastructure is timely checked-out and returned/dismantled (BRMs, portable toilets, radios, etc.) 
  • Provide input to contractor evaluations 
  • Participate in review meetings and creation of lessons learned 
  • Assist the TAR Logistics Coordinator to produce report upon completion, about the Materials management performance.
