We have an immediate opening for a Software Engineer on 06 month assignment extensions beyond, in Santa Clara, CA. USA.

The Opportunity

Design, development and maintenance of software modules for stateless REST services interfaces (web services). We need a proactive player, with cloud & backend services experience to deliver the next wave of features for the sport’s immersive media domain. Those services range from data aggregators to media content managers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of designing and developing backend systems in a professional work environment.
  • 3+ years working with OO and functional programming languages, such as Scala, Java and/or Python.
  • 3+ years successfully delivering web-based solutions, middleware and B2B services in a commercially available product.
  • 2+ years of data management experience (structure & databases, process data streams, ETLs).
  • 2+ years of experience working with SQL, NoSQL, graph and unstructured databases.
  • 2+ years of expertise in security, scaling, and load balancing.
  • 1+ years delivering solutions that run in EC2/Lambdas (AWS), ECS (Alibaba Cloud) and/or other CSPs.
  • MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of AWS/Alibaba Cloud offerings and technologies stack.
  • Experience using & developing automation tools.
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools.
  • Experience with data exchange (XML, JSON, dynamic content).
  • Experience with Git or any other version-control systems.
  • Experience delivering solutions that require WebSocket’s and/or SSE.
  • Fast learner, proactive, excellent communicator and get-things-done mindset.

_Engineer: Hardware – II

We have an immediate opening for an: Hardware Engineer on a 03 months long assignment extension beyond and Full-time possible, in Santa Clara, CA, USA.

 

Responsibilities:

  • The Hardware Engineer will work as part of a team to develop high speed data acquisition system for Intel processor performance analysis.
  • The system is consisted of multiple PCBs that probe and capture data from memory, PCIe, USB-C, and Intel proprietary ports, and connected with a host PC that controls the data acquisition.
  • Responsibilities will include design and develop the high-speed data acquisition boards, analyze and resolve the signal integrity issues, debug and validate the prototypes.
  • Iterative data collection and correlation of the data with platform expectations as well as generation of test reports is expected. 

 

Top Skills: High Speed digital design, Knowledge of Signal Integrity, Hands on experience in prototype debug, DDR/PCIe bus protocols, FPGA programming 

Qualifications: 
 

  • Candidates should possess a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on engineering experience.
  • Candidates must have good understanding of signal integrity and hands-on experience with high speed digital design (1+GHz), and FPGA programming on Xilinx devices.
  • Also required is a working knowledge of the operation of lab equipment such as scopes and analyzers.
  • A working knowledge of Python scripting Language would be a plus.
