Could you be that person?

Your goal in this position is to guide operational practice, foster strong relationships, and grow billing headcount with MSP partners in technical industries such as engineering, manufacturing, power, mining, and automotive.

You’ll visit customers and contractors, deepening relationships and understanding of the business. That will allow you to uncover and close opportunities for new and expanded business.

You’ll be supported by a team of experienced technical recruiters in the US and India, as well as a close-knit and experienced operational and business development team.

You know you’ll succeed in a role like this if you are a consultative cross-seller, not someone who passively services accounts.

The Practical Stuff

This is a full time, permanent gig with a base salary, team-based incentives, benefit coverage, and plenty of room for growth.

Our Houston office is small and reflects the start-up stage we are in with our US business.  We are supported by our head office in Oakville, Ontario, Canada and many of our branch locations across North America.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience as an account manager in the contract staffing industry; MSP account management is a huge plus
  • Strong record of success identifying, qualifying, and closing a high volume of technical contract work assignments
  • Any specialized knowledge of or experience with technical industries such as engineering, manufacturing, power, oil & gas exploration, production and distribution, or advanced consumer technology
  • Post-secondary education is an asset
