Raise is hiring a Project Coordinator for Our Client a Canadian Multinational Energy Transportation Company with a focus on the transportation, distribution, and generation of energy. This position is a six (6) month contract located in Calgary, Alberta. We are actively seeking talented professionals like you to drive these crucial initiatives forward.

Description

The Project Coordinator in this role will join the Technology Project Management Office (IT PMO) team and play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of IT projects by collaborating closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the achievement of quality results in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate closely with PM's and/or service leaders, cross-functional teams, and all partners, internal and external.
  • Support the implementation and management of assigned projects to Enbridge IT PMO quality standards across the entire project lifecycle
  • Assist the project teams in project related activities such as monthly status and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and participates in project related meetings and drafts meeting minutes and agendas
  • Review and track documentation, project deliverables and key internal documents such as RAID logs
  • Ensure financial and task trackers are up to date and key deadlines are being met.
  • Complete financial analysis and any resolution (etc. cost transfers)
  • Build and maintain dashboards as required.

Required

  • 4-7 years of IT project related support experience
  • Associates degree (or internationally recognized equivalent)
  • Proficient in E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Microsoft 365 applications such as MS TEAMS, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP navigation and reporting an asset.
  • Experience with Power BI an asset
