Our Client is one of the world's largest multinational oil and natural gas service companies.
We currently have an available contract assignment for "TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS COORDINATOR" which will be responsible for managing training program logistics including scheduling, enrollment, materials, and logistics including conference room facilities, catering, group dinners, and technology

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting the Talent Development team in delivering training.
Serving as a point of contact for internal presenters and outside consultants and vendors
Providing on-site support for training programs locally, as needed
Drafting and distributing program invitations, communications and materials
Ensuring the recording of attendance
Sending and collecting course evaluations
Generate reports as needed.
Evaluate and recommend process improvements to ensure controls and department efficiency
Provide general back-up support to the Talent team
Assist with special projects and collaborate with other departments as needed
Assume other responsibilities as needed to support the Talent Development team
