Here at Ian Martin, we are looking for a special type of Account Executive.
You are into working in a high-paced and self-directed environment, excited to keep up with our high-performing team members. As a KPI-centric self-starter, you will need to possess an innovation mindset to be successful in this role. Proactive communication is a large part of the day-to-day, engaging in a 75% business development (Hunter) and 25% account manager (Farmer) sales mix.
In addition to having strong sales acumen, you will assist in managing day-to-day implementation, project management, and working with our delivery teams to keep things on track. All the while, interacting with clients to provide a top-tier experience. You will be representing one of Ian Martin’s most innovative units, Matchfield, bringing experimental solutions to current and new clientele.
Matchfield, our experimental solutions banner, focuses exclusively on hiring contractors utilizing a subscription-based model for its clients. This unit is involved in working with TA clients who are looking for variable scales in terms of requisitions. In turn, Matchfield builds experimental solutions for clients of all shapes and sizes.
