Together, we can break down barriers to meaningful work.
What is "stewardship?"
At Raise, we embrace the future as stewards – of the careers of our candidates, the projects of our clients, the communities that surround us, and the environment we inhabit.
What exactly is stewardship? We define it as, “giving care to something you don’t own as though it were actually yours.”
Measuring business impact.
Certified B Corporations meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance quality of services, purpose, and profit.
Today, there is a growing community of more than 2,700 Certified B Corps from over 60 countries and over 150 industries working together toward one unifying goal: to redefine success in business.
How are you measuring your impact?
How you can participate:
Meaningful Work Volunteer Program
Once you begin working with us on contract, you can apply for our annual Contractor Volunteer Program and use your talents towards our mission of creating a better world through work.
We’ve funded projects across the spectrum – from installing clean water systems in developing countries, tracking endangered species, and fighting poverty.
Meaningful Work Foundation
In 2017, we launched the Meaningful Work Foundation to increase our non-profit capacity and make giving part of our DNA. Every year, 10% of our profits are given to organizations that work to break down barriers to employment. Our foundation has provided more than 34 charities almost $730,000 in grants to help them break down barriers to employment.
If you are a non-profit organization that is breaking down barriers to employment, apply for a partnership grant with us!
Stewardship reports
Our mission is to connect people in meaningful work—but we know there are very real barriers that people face when looking for and securing meaningful employment.
Our Stewardship Council ensures our company maintains accountability and ethical responsibility to our clients and customers, to the communities in which we live and do business, and to the world, so that more people can have equitable access to meaningful work.
