Together, we can break down barriers to meaningful work.
Our mission is to connect people in meaningful work—but we know there are very real barriers that people face when looking for and securing meaningful employment.
The Ian Martin Stewardship Council ensures our company maintains accountability and ethical responsibility to our clients and customers, to the communities in which we live and do business, and to the world, so that more people can have equitable access to meaningful work.
Make an impact with your resume.
Our mission extends beyond just ourselves – as a jobseeker, your impact begins with your resume. Just by applying to one of our jobs, you receive $25 of funds to lend to an entrepreneur without access to traditional banking systems via kiva.org.
Certified B Corporations meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance quality of services, purpose, and profit.
Today, there is a growing community of more than 2,700 Certified B Corps from over 60 countries and over 150 industries working together toward one unifying goal: to redefine success in business.
How are you measuring your impact?
Meaningful Work Volunteer Program
Once you begin working with us, you can apply for our annual Contractor Volunteer Program and use your talents towards our mission. We’ve funded projects across the spectrum – from installing clean water systems in developing countries, tracking endangered species, and fighting poverty.
Meaningful Work Foundation
In 2017, we launched the Ian Martin Meaningful Work Foundation to increase our non-profit capacity and make giving part of our DNA. We’re currently partnered with Autism Speaks Canada and Windmill Microlending. If you are a non-profit organization that is breaking down barriers to employment, apply for a partnership grant with us!
